Auburn Tigers Women’s Team entered the Sydney Women’s AFL Competition.

2011

We didn’t realize how expensive running a footy team is and were blessed to have the support of Cor Cordis Chartered Accountants. We had no experience or knowledge of the game. we lost most of our games by 100-150 points.

Auburn Tigers Women’s Team continued to participate in the Sydney

2012

Women’s AFL Competition We may have won 1 or 2 games. Cor Cordis continued to sponsor us.

Auburn Tigers Women’s Australian Football Club Inc. are part of the Sydney AFL Competition.

2013

We won some more games! We got some awesome sponsors – Crescent Wealth, Cor Cordis Chartered Accountants and Hawa Charcoal Chicken.

We signed an agreement with GWS Giants and became the Auburn GIANTS!

2014

We made it to the Quarter Final! We kept our fantastic sponsors and got more partnerships going with Dollys Bootcamp and the Lebanese Muslim Association.

Harvey Norman joined the Auburn Giants family!

2015

The Auburn Giants launched a Youth Girls team for 12-17 year old girls. The Women’s senior team made it to the Preliminary final getting knocked out of the competition by 2 points.

Auburn Giants move to Premier Division!

2016

The Auburn Giants girls are now up against the best in the competition with their entrance to Premier Division. They've come far in their short existence with bigger and better things yet to come. A new under 14s team is introduced
